Blending technical mastery with intuitive awareness,each session is adapted to the individual.

Drawing on extensive experience, qualifications and practise in massage, movement and holistic wellbeing experience in movement, anatomy and holistic wellbeing, my work  supports the body in releasing tension, improving mobility and rediscovering a natural sense of balance and ease.

This is not a routine massage, but a thoughtful and responsive bodywork experience designed to help you feel stronger, more aligned, deeply relaxed and comfortable in your own body.

Reflexology

A Reflexology session with Kathrynbienêtre is a deeply restorative form of body work on the feet and sometimes the hands when requested.

Through precise skilful touch applied to specific points, the nervous system is guided into a deep relaxation, allowing the body to reset, rebalance and restore its natural equilibrium .

I bring refined sensitivity anatomical awareness and intuitive touch delivered .

This ancient practise is profoundly relaxing and grounding, soothing tired feet while creating a whole body sense of ease, clarity and renewal.

                 Reiki

My reiki sessions are based on a traditional Japanese practise of energy focused wellbeing encouraging deep relaxation, stress relief and balance.
They are delivered using gentle  hand placements on and just above the body, creating a perfect environment that allows  the body's own natural systems and intelligence to work for a smoother flow of energy and a real sense of peace.
